- It is our goal at PillowSak to have happy customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your PillowSak lets chat about it and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Please email PillowSak at info@pillowsak.com.

- PillowSak accepts returns or exchanges of unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective PillowSaks within 30 days of purchase date. Firm King and Wedge Sak are custom made to order and returns will not be accepted.

- PillowSak must be in its original packaging.

- Your PillowSak needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your PillowSak. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

- Final sale/discontinued patterns PillowSaks cannot be returned or exchanged.

- We are not responsible for damages to PillowSak caused by improper care of handling.

- Exact colors of PillowSak may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. PillowSak patterns may also vary. These situations do not quality as defects.

- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Shipping is always FREE in the US! We ship with USPS First Class (2-5 days) and a tracking number will be provided. 

There is a flat rate of $18 to ship worldwide. First Class International delivery time is 1-4 weeks.
